Look at Joy Lorraine’s Loose Mineral Eye Dust and consider packing only three shades of one color hue that complement your eye color. Then look for other places you can use those Loose Mineral Eye Dust color instead of just the eye area. One place to consider is using a color that can double as a lip or cheek color, and one that can work as a lip liner. Consider using colors such as our burnt copper or plum pizzaz as a lip color.

Start with clean dry lips. Place a thin layer of clear lip lacquer on your lips to help the mineral eye color stick. Then using a lip brush, coat your lips with the Loose Mineral Eye Dust color that complement your skin tone. Apply as many coats as you like to reach the desired color depth. Also, consider combining two of the Loose Mineral Eye Dust colors to create a custom lip color. Using an angled tip brush and a careful hand with short strokes, you can use one of the loose mineral eye dust color as a lip liner. When you have the lip color you want, top it off with a second coat of clear lip lacquer for added shine.

You may also think about using the lightest shade or medium shade of your loose mineral eye dust as a blusher. Smile in the mirror to find the apple of your cheek. Then simply apply the loose mineral eye dust to your cheeks, starting at the apple of the cheek and working toward the temple as you would your normal blusher. Using a high quality brush is recommended because you will achieve more even coverage and a better end result.

Bringing only the essentials on any trip is a necessary step as space is often limited. Instead of packing nine colors of eye shadow, two colors of blush, three lipsticks, three lip liners, and lip balm, consider taking only three colors of Loose Mineral Eye Dust and a clear Lip Lacquer on your next trip. Finding multiple uses for your eye colors will limit the amount of space you need for beauty items, and free up more space for souvenirs.
