Did you have a fight with your boyfriend? Or are you still angry about a fight with your girlfriend? Every relationship has it's “moments”. Times when there are disagreements and things just seem to boil over into a full-fledged verbal fight. It happens. We are all human and sometimes the days pressures just spill over into the evening at home. Having a fight with your girlfriend doesn't need to be the end of the relationship. Having a fight with your boyfriend doesn't mean that he doesn't still love you! What distinguishes heated discussion from a fight is the intention – not to hurt, but to air feelings and frustration, not to end with a winner or a loser but for both to feel that they have gained something. More importantly, not to divide you and your partner but to give you a chance to resolve differences, solve problems and work together toward mutually satisfying solutions. Don't let a molehill turn into a mountain! Don't gather all your little upsets until you're ready for a huge blow-up. Discuss all your concerns – big and small – so that they can be resolved before you explode. Arguments or fights with your boyfriend or girlfriend WILL happen. How they affect your relationship is a result of how you “carried” yourself during the fight. There are certain rules that need to be followed when a fight does occur. If the rules are not followed – the fight will be repeated over and over again until an eventual, final breakup. First: Best case – learn how to avoid major, explosive arguments. Distract yourself with activity, or purposefully change thoughts that are going in a negative cycle. Go to the gym, take a walk in the park oe go browse a bookstore. Just make a determined effort to switch your mind to something positive. Second: Recognize your needs instead of focusing on superficial issues. Instead of breaking up after every fight, getting back together, then fighting again – figure out what you're fighting about and address that. People keep arguing over the same things when they never get to the REAL issue. Peel away the layers of the onion and get to what you really need that your partner is not giving you. Third: Listen – really listen to what your partner is telling you – what they need. This is often hidden beneath layers, so it may take a bit of digging to get at the root of it all – but patience and perseverance will be worth it in the end. Your partner need to feel understood and when they are given that understanding, major arguments are often avoided. Fourth: Avoid belittling your partner. Vicious words have done more harm to relationships than infidelities. Despite the old adage – words do hurt. Especially when they are spoken by the one that you love. No matter how angry you are NEVER demean or belittle your partner.

Guys always want to know how is everything going with their ex-girlfriends and want to do them a favor or take care of them. What I am trying to express is when a fancy couple break up, the girl will date other guys soon and compare her exs with her present date. Especially she will exaggerat the ex's weakness and the present one's advantage. Gradually, she will forget how much she loved her exs and move on to another relationship. But guys are so different. They will think about the girl that he was in love with and maybe he will treat many other girls really well as a husband or boyfriend but deep deep down in his heart, he always wants to take care of the very special girl he had been with. Do you think so? Have you ever been with a guy who misses his ex all the time or a girl who you cannot forget and wants to look after her and wondering if she is doing great. Social and intellectual preoccupations in all areas of Western culture during these times reflected the social and intellectual preoccupations in all areas of Western culture. The sources from which individual artists drew their theoretical arguments were very diverse.These terms are loosely related terms, nonrepresentational art, Abstract art and nonobjective art. The concept of abstraction points to a departure from reality in the presentation of imagery in art. This departure can be only slight, or it can be partial, or it can be complete from the actual representation in accuracy. Even art that aims for the highest degree a similarity can be said to be abstract, at least theoretically, since perfect representation is likely to be a continuum of the elusive.Total abstraction for the most part is anything but recognizable. Artwork which takes very small and subtle liberties, altering for instance color and form in ways that are conspicuous, is partially abstract. An example geometric abstraction one would not seem to find references to any naturalistic entities. Figurative or representational art and complete abstraction are 99.9 percent mutually exclusive. Figurative and representational (or realistic) art do sometimes contain partial abstraction.In the cases of Geometric Abstraction and Lyrical Abstraction they are most often 100 percent abstract within the context of abstract art.

Tropical Fish Tank First-Timers, An Introduction

Owning your own aquarium is great fun, and I have been maintaining my own with love for many years! There's over 60 million of us "aquarists" worldwide, and if this is a hobby you're interested in, it's worth a little time to learn what it's all about before you start.

So what's an aquarium? In the simplest terms, it's a transparent container where you can keep, nurture, observe and enjoy live fish. The goldfish bowl with a single fish in it counts, but what most people mean when they talk about aquariums is a large fish tank (usually rectangular) with several different types of fish and aquatic plants living in balance with each other.

There are two basic types of aquarium environment – fresh water and salt water. Fresh water is definitely easier for people who are new to the hobby, as the salt water (or "marine") tanks take a great deal of attention and skill to keep the fish alive.

So your next step is probably to find out what types of fish you like. If you're lucky, you have fishy friends you can ask questions of, but even a trip to your local pet store or specialty fish store will get you lots of good advice from the sales clerks. Tell them you're a beginner, and that you want to look at freshwater fish, and they will give you lots of choices! Finding the one fish that calls out to you will tell you what temperature your tank needs to be, and starting with one species is probably simplest.

Next, I'd get a good book about basic aquarium care, and read it before you get started!

Then, start collecting your tank and equipment. You'll want to look for a sturdy aquarium that's big enough to give you room to add fish as your experience grows. Practical home fish tanks range from about 11 liters (3 U.S. gallons) up to about one cubic meter (300 U.S. gallons) in size.

You'll need gravel, or another substrate, for the bottom of the tank. You'll need a filtration system, to remove waste and phosphates from the water, and a heater or cooler mechanism to keep the water temperature right. You may need an air pump to oxygenate the water, depending on your tank setup. Also ask about a small chemical kit for measuring and correcting the pH balance in the water.

You'll want to investigate the plants, rocks, and other "aquarium furniture" that goes into the tank. Choose carefully, because the wrong materials can be harmful or even poisonous to your fish!

Get your tank set up, and make sure that the water temperature and pH balance is correct BEFORE you go back to the store to get your fish! If you've done everything correctly, your fish will be healthy and happy, and you'll have a fascinating new hobby to learn and love!

Tips For Beautiful And Sexy Lips

No matter what the ethnicity, her lips often define a woman's sex appeal. The size and shape of the lips can label a woman as "hot" or "not". Unfortunately, not all women are born with voluptuous and perfectly shaped kissers. Some try to enhance their petite lips with collagen using surgical procedures. Others may purchase lip-enhancing makeup that promise to plump up and add character to the lips. But the bad news is that, these methods, tried and true, may require more money or time than you may have bargained for. The good news is that you can employ these sexy lip tips at home with the products that you probably already own to enjoy sexy and fuller lips.

· To make your lips appear fuller: It is best to line your lips with a neutral colored pencil to create a fuller lip. Be careful not to draw outside of your lip's natural line, but rather right on top of it. This will prevent you from wearing the "clown look". After you have lined your lips, apply your lip color, then add a high shine lip gloss. If you prefer not to wear gloss, use a high shine lip color. Lip-glosses add that pouty look that so many women desire. You may also try this tip: line your bottom lip with a liner about 2 shades darker than the color of your chosen lip-gloss. Try a plumping lip-gloss. They work pretty well. Choose a shade that is complimentary to your lipstick shade.

· To Even out Crooked Lips: First, coat your lips in face foundation, then lightly powder. Even out the thinnest lip with a liner that is the same color as your lip color. After balancing out the lips, even out the powder and liner with a softening sponge to make the look more natural. If you want a more pouty look, use a darker pencil and add a line just slightly underneath your bottom lip. Careful with this, the trick is to blend it so that you don't get that clown effect.

· For Dry or Chapped Lips: A tried and true method for dry and chapped lips is to apply a natural shea butter lip balm each night. When you sleep at night, you are sure to retain some of that moisture and lock it in before you wake up to apply your make up. It is important though, to use a lip balm underneath your lip color or gloss in order to maintain that gloss throughout the day. Aloe Vera gel and vitamin E oils are great for coating your lips, as well. Use a lip exfoliator once a week to ward off cracked dry lips, even if you don't suffer from this problem. Sally Hansen makes a great lip exfolliant.

· To shape your lips: Where your lips need definition, cover your lip line with face foundation. Follow up with a powder. If your lips lack the V formation, draw a V at the middle portion of your lips. Apply lip color, just beneath your liner. Lastly apply your gloss, (if desired). Remember, a darker liner creates more of a pouty look.

·Moist or Matte: Matte lipsticks tend to have more staying powder and look great as day wear. Moist/glossy looks top off that evening look sensationally. But what you wear depends greatly on how long you need your color to last and how much definition you need added to your lips. (Glosses add more depth to lips, but require more applications) There really are no rules here. Remember, no matter which choice you make, less is still more.

Your lips can be sexy even if you weren't born with Angelina Jolie's package. Work with what God gave you and enhance your own kissers. Take care of your lips and treat them with love by keeping them hydrated and moisturized, and your lips will thank you for it!

Wondering what to do when the weather has you down? There are lots of activities parents might suggest, but many have been shunned or are not as wholesome as you might prefer. Rather than sitting around all day in front of the television, try something new.

Family Togetherness

Do something as a family. Use the weather as the perfect excuse to head to the mall for a little family bonding time. Pop into everyone’s favorite store and pick out a little something new. Rain or snow makes it hard to keep from getting restless, but a brisk walk inside a closed mall might make things fun, and if you stop for smoothies or coffee drinks and encourage conversation, all the better!

Something Different

Being stuck in the house doesn’t mean things have to be exactly the same. Sure it might be easy to tell kids to go put in a movie or play with their toys, but be ready for them to sigh heavily and profess their boredom. If you are not a huge fan of video games, but your kids are, go and rent them something new. If you sit and play with them, it will make the experience more meaningful to everyone and you might just get hooked.

If you’d rather leave the television off, give your kids a rare treat. Let them see your old slides or photo albums. Perhaps you can make cookies, or if it’s a particularly bad day weather-wise, show your kids how to make bread from scratch. Kneading a few loaves might burn off a little energy.

Go Online
The computer is a scary place for parents sometimes, but there are tons of great sites that don’t have predators or unhealthy motives. Find education games or websites that boost creativity. Find a site, such as The Doll Palace with dress up girls, and let your kids experiment with fashion. Encourage story telling and creativity. Let your kids have a contest on who can dress up girls the best and then make them tell you all about their creations.

There are lots of other things to do on the internet besides dress up girls and games, however. Try finding online communities that appeal to their interests and let them loose. If your son is into trains or sharks, there are plenty of sites that specialize in those topics and most are education based. Read articles, play educational games, try puzzles, and let them search. The internet does have dangerous content, but with parents helping children understand what a good site is and what it’s not, you are empowering them for the future and teaching crucial lessons we didn’t have to worry about until just a few years ago.

Have Fun

Regardless of what activity (or activities) you chose for the day, have fun. Childhood is so fleeting that many parents wish they had spent more time with their children while they could. If soccer practice gets rained out or your kids can’t go outside in a thunderstorm, encourage family fun. Spending time together is crucial to happy families, and rainy days might be one of the best chances you get!

One thing that people really love to look at is art. No matter what kind it is realism, surrealism and the likes, people will always take time to admire these arts skillfully and masterfully created by artists. A building or even a house is not really complete without one of these. It just adds to the grandeur and personality of any structure the art is housed in. An art piece is just as good as any other thing that can really compliment the building.

Sometimes, in a building, especially if the kids need to be checked-up by the doctor, other things are provided in order for them not to be bored. There are toys, coloring books and even story books that the children can read and play with while waiting for their turn. Parents more or less can just sit and relax while looking after their children playing either by themselves or with the other kids. For them not to get bored too, some owners of the building place unique wall art to create somewhat like a mini art gallery.

Time flies fast when people do something or staring and reading something while waiting for their names or number to be called in. In a gloomy day, just staring at a painting or a wall décor that is interesting can make the mood of a person change gradually. It too helps the person to forget whatever problems he has that day and perhaps may have a different outlook in life after staring intently at that art piece.

How Plant Greens Nutrients Works

The importance of green vegetables has been known for the last few hundred years. Plants have always accommodated a dinner plate and fruits were only used as a snack or dessert. People harvested only the most useful plants and scattered their seeds effortlessly thought out the land we now live on. But it was not until the 16 th century that the fruits and vegetables we now eat were introduced into our diet.

Greens provide essential base forming minerals such as calcium and magnesium that are not found in fruit, nuts and seeds, not to mention other more conventional, acid-forming foods. Most of the fruits available to us are very low in calcium. Although we hear oranges and figs are rich in calcium, we do not eat or digest the white pith or seeds.

Foods from the "Green" groups are among the best for our health. They typically have a high concentrate of two phytochemicals; chlorophyll and carotenoids. These two have been linked to be a prophylactic to tumors and offer protection to coronary disease.

When discussing the importance of "Greens" in our diet, I feel it is important to quickly explain how plant nutrients work. The green color of the leaves is due to the most common of plant pigments, chlorophyll. Chlorophyll acts very similar to blood, only it has an atom of magnesium in the center and a tail of hydrocarbons instead of iron. Thus making this molecule soluble only in fats.

Chlorophyll absorbs violet and red light, appearing to be green. What makes a whole plant green is the absorption capacity which is strong enough to hide the other natural colors in plants. The only time we see the other colors is in Autumn, when the chlorophyll molecule decomposes and we see colors of amber, red, and brown.

The nutrition we get out of a plant depends on the environment on which they are grown. The temperature, humidity, sunlight hours and soil properties are the difference between a healthy plant and one that will not create the nutrients we need.

Green leaf vegetables are our best source of folates and folic acid which is a B vitamin that is essential for cell growth and reproduction . The amount of vitamin C, is a powerful antioxidant is extremely high in leafy greens, especially spinach, kiwi, broccoli and parsley.

Other valuable components are carotenoids, highly unsaturated yellow to red pigments occurring in plants which are components of vitamin A. Vitamin A supports the immune system and also fulfils a specific role in our vision. Potassium, calcium, iron and zinc are also present in great quantities, as is magnesium.

The intake of all of these is essential for human health. Green foods should be cut as little as possible before washing and cooking them to preserve these essential minerals.

Now that we know we need to have those nutrients to live a healthier life, it has become a problem of discipline for people. Not everyone wants to cook up a bunch of fresh greens or throw them into a blender to make a high nutrient, sometimes awful tasting smoothie. While most people consider a salad before or during a meal to be essential, it is clearly not enough to give you everything you need. Vegetables vary in the richness of their nutrients. Some of the vegetables we can consume great amounts of calcium usually not found on a dinner plate or in our average homemade salads are cabbage, collared greens, kale, escarole, turnip greens, mustard greens, watercress and spinach.

Many scientists and doctors have taken this into consideration. There are almost too many types of supplemental "Greens" products available. The most common ways to have ALL of your green minerals is to take it in a pill form or a powder mix that can be turned into a pleasant tasting nutrition drink. These supplements can actually work better than eating the vegetables. Each green has its characteristics and potency but most people do not chew the food enough to release the proper amount into our body. If we eat a vegetable without chewing out the nutrients, it makes it almost impossible for the digestive system to break it down, resulting in a loss of perfect calcium. When supplements for greens are made, they are made up of a blend of the strongest greens and at their most nutritional stage.

Picture this. Your friend has decided that you need help with your social life. She sets you up a date with someone you have never met nor have any idea what they look like. You have just got yourself a blind date. But wait. The real "fun" has barely begun.
Simply described, a blind date is a date between people who have never met and know little or nothing about each other. Typically, it is set up by one person who knows both parties.
Let's say you accept to go on the date. Now there you are sitting in a Mexican restaurant eating heavily garnished Mexican food that you don't have the stomach for. You both look at each other, neither one knowing where to begin, or how to break the ice so to speak.
The entree has not yet been served. His idea of enlightened conversation, if he finds a way to start, is who will be in the final four. You don't really care. He knows the weekly TV schedule to the letter which tells you he has a bit too much time on his hands.
You try to tell him about you. About that marathon you are preparing for and your volunteer work. He says, "Volunteering is a waste of time because you can't help 'those people' anyway." You will have to end this pretty soon before one of you ends up in jail for killing the other.
Granted, not all blind dates end in disaster. But the very "blindness" adds to the recipe.
Now imagine a date with someone you met through internet dating and have been chatting online and exchanging emails with for quite some time.
First, you don't need to be introduced. You already "know" this him, his interests and hobbies. And he "knows" you too. You are sitting in an Italian restaurant enjoying a delightful meal because you both know that the other's favorite is Italian.
The conversation flows easily as you discuss common interests- after all this date is a result of a compatible match. He runs marathons and loves history just like you do. You happily discuss the volunteer work that each of you is involved in. You look at your watch and discover that it is late. Very late (how time flies!)

Most of us know lucky people, those who seem to lived a charmed life. They may not even be all that smart, and yet they seem to almost stumble into good situations. Opportunities open up for them, things are "handed" to them. Perhaps they win in the stock market, find a dream job, or get married to their ideal spouse.
Then there are the unlucky people. Maybe you know a few of these as well. Some of them may even be very intelligent or well educated, and yet they're unlucky in love, lose money on investments, miss opportunities, and have unexpected bad things happen. You might be somewhere between these two extremes. You have some good luck, and you have your share of "bad luck" as well. But have you ever tried to learn how to be one of the lucky people?
Generally there are two approaches to the idea of luck. Some think it is a random or mysterious thing that we have no control over, while others say it doesn't exist, that what we call luck is hard work, or a lazy way to explain cause and effect. Yet we all see that some people have easier successes, whether we call it luck or not. What both approaches tend to miss is the obvious question: How can you become one of these "lucky people?"
The answer to that starts with avoiding that mistake right there. Stop arguing about definitions. It's more profitable to make good things happen. Does it really matter if you earn the title of "lucky" even though you feel that "luck" had nothing to do with it? The bottom line is that good results are good results, whatever they are called.
One Thing Lucky People Do Differently
There are many things that lucky people do differently, and there is even serious research that demonstrates this. It has been shown that people who are identified as lucky smile more often, for example. And among those who are superstitious (entirely unnecessary for luck), the research shows lucky people have more positive beliefs, like crossing the fingers, while those who avoid black cats and fear the number thirteen have less luck.
Of all the many things that lucky people do differently, though, perhaps one of the most effective is simply asking for things. How many of us don't ever ask for a nicer table in a restaurant, or ask for a raise at work. Doing so doesn't guarantee anything, but asking certainly increases the odds of receiving. It's safe to say that you'll get more raises and nice tables in life if you ask.
For example, in his book, "Screw It - Let's Do It," Richard Branson tells the story of how he bought a $3,000,000 pound island for $180,000. That's just 7% of the asking price, by the way. Here's the short version of how he did it: He asked. I imagine there were those who would have loved to get the island for twice what he paid, since that would still be an 86% discount. But they probably never made the offer, embarrassed to ask for such a low price.
As a young man I bought my first house by advertising. I put a small ad in the paper saying I was looking for a small home with a small down payment and seller financing. I got a call and soon bought my first home. Ask and you shall receive, as the saying goes.
So are there lucky people? Yes, and if you want to be one of them, consider the following three premises:
1. "Lucky" people are those who have more happy surprises and good situations in their lives.
2. Their good luck is a result of the way they think and act.
3. You can become one of them by learning and applying certain principles (like the one above.)

What Has the Government not Been Telling Us About UFOs

Ironically, it is so called "conspiracy theorists" such as Alex Jones and Anthony J. Hilder, who are preaching to the public to reject the idea of alien invaders. Instead, they feel that the classic UFO's could be man made crafts, probably housed in Area 51, that could someday be used as the ultimate false flag terror alert to frighten the public into submission. There is evidence that such a stunt would work when you consider the famous H.G Wells fictional radio broadcast of War of The Worlds in the 1930's that caused many to believe that they were hearing reports of a true alien invasion. Alex Jones, who is a phenomenally successful syndicated radio talk show host and filmmaker, said during a broadcast that he does not believe that a fake UFO false flag invasion will occur in the near future but that it is a possibility. He did mention on one of his radio broadcasts that he did believe that if the government needed a false flag of titanic proportions it could build a fake UFO, much like the craft that landed during the Olympics Games in Beijing China, and have genetically engineered, mutated animals tumble out of it to bring the nation into a panic to give the government a chance to step in and say that they have things under control as long as people submit to martial law until things are under control. UFOs are sometimes an element of elaborate conspiracy theories in which governments are said to be intentionally covering up the existence of aliens, or sometimes collaborating with them. Some also contend that physical evidence is swiftly and sometimes clumsily suppressed by governments, aiming to insulate a population they regard as intellectually unprepared to deal with the social, theological, and security implications of dealing with the knowledge and that people would stop working, shopping, and possibly explode in an uncontrollable worldwide panic. There are also conspiracy theories which claim that physical evidence might have been removed and/or destroyed by some governments. Again, many polls show that about 70 percent of the population feels that the government has not been sharing everything it knows about UFOs or extraterrestrial life. It is assumed by many ufologists that the government, especially the CIA, is lying and covering up alien landings and communication. The hypothesis that UFOs are either top secret American or Russian manmade craft led to the creation of the Air Force's Project Sign in 1947 to try and debunk these claims. As the UFO phenomenon raged in the 50's, Project Sign eventually morphed into Project Grudge and then the infamous Project Blue Book In 1952. In 1948, the government wrote a top-secret intelligence estimate to that effect. Its final report, published in 1951, remained secret for over 50 years until a secret study of UFOs undertaken for the UK's Ministry of Defense between 1996 and 2000 was publicly released in 2006 through the Freedom of Information Act. Other private or governmental studies, some secret, have concluded in favor of the studies conclusions or have had individual members who disagreed with the official conclusions. According to the report, alien craft had been discovered that was capable of surviving for long periods of time underwater and would occasionally dock with a recently discovered secret undersea alien base. Ufologists claim that the label conspiracy theory is no longer valid and that this is a case of an evidential conspiracy with credible people revealing secrets within the system. Although the vast majority of claims related to UFO sightings were officially debunked as natural phenomenon or hoaxes, Top Secret USAF European documents did state that Swedish air intelligence had informed them that at least some of their investigations into what were named "ghost rockets" and "flying saucers" had to have extraterrestrial origins. Formerly top secret files from the Soviet Navy contain a lot of valuable information on UFO sightings. Fresh from the government's Navy files, which span 50 years and include numerous eyewitness testimony, you can find numerous documented sightings and unexplained phenomena along with a stunning collection of data that presents the most chilling evidence to date suggesting that UFOs are indeed real extra terrestrial craft and that a government cover-up has long suppressed this truth. Former Soviet Naval officers have told numerous stories of serving on Soviet nuclear submarines and being chased by other underwater craft that accelerated at speeds inaccessible to man made craft, changing directions at will, and even dashing out of the water to hover in the air. According to ufologist Jordan Maxwell, aliens or other extra terrestrial forces have for a long time been manipulating the "ignorant masses" through secret societies, witchcraft, magic, the occult, and religion. Also, that world governments reveal these secrets to a select few who are considered intelligent enough to deal with the mind boggling truth behind the so-called conspiracy, and that they will be the ones rescued from the pain and suffering that the ignorant masses will reap upon one another. Reports of unidentified aerial phenomena date back to ancient times, but modern reports and the first official investigations began during World War II with sightings of so-called "foo fighters" by Allied airplane crews, and in 1946 with widespread sightings of European "ghost rockets". Most military and civilian UFO investigations concluded that the majority of objects can be identified as whether balloons of military aircraft. In the end, Project Bluebook concluded that only 3% percent of all UFO claims could not be explained as terrestrial. However, with the general public being more and more distrusting of the government, the flames of UFO conspiracies have only grown with time and will probably continue to do so. Vegans are winners I feel... am I therefore still a loser? Loser who loves and shouts about animal rights and their freedom of living, yet yumming saucy steaks and fillets on my plate? What if I am being a companion to a lion and next time I am on their delicious menu?

Deep in the Heart

Love is precious and patient...It is eternal, devotional and full of beauty. If there is something crazy, then my friend it is called "L-O-V-E." Love is a miracle, which cannot be explained by physics, chemistry, and biology. It is a strange thing you never can explain. Even you try to put it in to words, the words are not enough to tell how much we feel for each other inside. If you know what is TRUE LOVE, it is because you truly Love someone who also love you dearly. Deep inside you feel it, and you feel you live in a dream. When your heart is broken, your love still tries to hang there pinching your heart. Until that dark wound heals, love tries to compromise... love tries to be reason with all the things you had gone through. At the end it can turn to hate, yet again still you love inside until the old wound heals and find another heart. Not many are lucky to carry on one love. If there are few out there, who truly loves each other, then they are blessed by God!

People say he's a lunatic, but he says they are mad enough to label him as a SERIAL KILLER. All he wants is justice he says... But as much as he's confused, we all are confused... Is he ok? No no he's not. He wants to play the game, until he gets his own life..... Be aware of Serial Killers..... They are not just a killers, but serious serial killers!

Why Do People Become Serial Killers And Mass Murderers

There are differences between mass murderers and serial killers:  Mass murderers kill a number of people at one time and in one place. Mass murderers usually attack schools; universities and restaurants believing it to be a place for a maximum kill effect. They often die at the scene of the multiple slayings, either through suicide or police action. Only occasionally do they turn themselves into the police after the killings. Serial killers on the other hand, murder one at a time and go to great lengths to avoid detection and apprehension.  The US is believed to have the highest number of serial killers.  Why do people become serial killers or mass murderers?   Any problem can have causes either in one or more of the 3 dimensions, namely the physical, the psychological and the spiritual. Spiritual research has shown that the main root cause for a person to commit serial killing and mass murder lies in the spiritual realm. The breakdown of the reasons why a person commits serial killing and mass murder is like this - Psychological - 10% Physical - 0% Spiritual - 90%  The psychological factors have been well documented in various publications available on the Internet.  With regards to the spiritual factors it is primarily demonic possession by medium level ghosts from the 2nd region of hell. In some cases these people have been possessed for many births by the same higher level ghosts.  It is for this reason that it is very difficult to predict when a mass murderer may go on a killing spree as the ghost possessing him can do it at any time without any warning signs.  Does this mean that serial killers and mass murderers are exonerated for their crimes at a karmic level?  As per the Law of karma we have to experience happiness or suffer the consequences of our actions and thoughts. For extreme acts like killing someone one has to suffer severely at a spiritual level in this lifetime or the next. But what if an entity or a ghost acted through a person? And by possessing the person, the ghost made the person commit heinous crimes like serial killing and mass murder. Is the possessed person still responsible as per the Law of Karma? The answer is yes. The reason for this is that a ghost gains entry into our consciousness and possesses us due to our own vulnerabilities. These vulnerabilities include a high amount of demerits accrued from previous births, incorrect deeds, personality defects such as fear and anger that lead to anxiety and stress, lack of spiritual practice, etc. Even mass murderers or serial killers who are psychologically impaired incur demerits for their crime. The reason is that, basically they are psychologically deranged due to some major incorrect action of theirs either in this or some past birth. That is why they are still accountable for their crimes even though they may not be fully aware of their actions when committing the crime. However the extent of demerits incurred is less than if they were to do the act without being possessed or psychologically deranged as compared to an average person in his senses and in full consciousness committing the same crimes.  Demerits earned due to mass murders or serial killing   60% - A psychologically impaired person going on a killing spree  60 % - A person under the complete control of ghost going on a killing spree  100% - An average person going on a killing spree    Mass murderers like Hitler would be earning demerits exponentially more than 100 on the above relative scale.  In summary   Spiritual root causes of problems can only be completely rectified through spiritual means. Regular spiritual practice as per the 6 basic principles of spiritual practice is the only sure way of preventing a ghost possessing us. Spiritual practice is also the only sure way of being protected from the onslaught of mass murderers and serial killers.

Nature and our entire lives would definitely be so poor and colorless without flowers; even in the most crowded metropolis, you'll still find flowery corners in garden, parks or people's homes. Interior decorations without the presence of flowers are considered almost inconceivable by some house owners who choose to lend beauty and a special spirit to their rooms by plant growing.


In the evolution of all cultures, flowers are present from the dawn of history; they are stylized in paintings and mosaics, on temple walls and in carvings, being used for the most common of decorations. Flowers accompany the most primeval of rituals, whether they are related to life or death, this world or the afterlife, the sacred or the profane, and this prevalence explains the development of a special symbolism associated with certain flowers.


Water lilies are considered the rare and beautiful symbols of spiritual enlightening; in Asian cultures, the so-called lotus flower is the archetype of a level of enlightenment that is the closest to divinity. Hence, we wouldn't be in the wrong to say that some flowers have their powerful counterpart in the invisible world by the power of the spirit.


Flowers charm by color, fragrance, freshness and emotional charge as well; once they are offered, they are given a certain kind of significance, and all we have to do in order to prove their power is to simply consider the many occasions we offer them as message bearers. Flowers say “thank you”, flowers say “I love you”, flowers say “Congratulations!”, flowers say “I'm sorry”, flowers receive all the charge of all our good thoughts.


All the cosmetic skin care products, the many perfumes and fragrances that delight our senses and dress us with their aroma, are nothing else but an imitation of the delight Mother Nature has given us in flowers. Rose petals in bath tubs, iris and jasmine extracts are but a few examples of flowers that served well for the body care in the antique world. Nevertheless there has always been more to flowers than scent and color!


Besides the decorative function that prevails in most cases, flowers also share healing powers, being exploited by traditional medicine since the dawn of time when nature was the only source of remedies for various diseases and ailments. Even in our modern times, there are flowers the properties of which remain undeniably valuable for the medical world: this is the very case of a plant we know today as passion flower.
