How to cook Meen Pollichathu? By Pearl Spot Fish locally called Karimeen. This fish is found in the coasts of Alleppey. Clean it and marinate with various spices like coriander powder, chilli powder, black & white pepper powder, rock salt, turmeric, ginger paste, garlic paste, etc. Now roast it. Then wrap it in banana leaf carefully. Now keep wrapped fish in a heated flat pan with some oil. Cook on low flame for 20 – 25 minutes. Now you delicious Meen Pollichathu is ready to it.
